In our Mediterranean garden with a marvellous view on the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento we have decided to give birth to an "institution" where the art of the "good taste" can be studied and practiced at the highest level.
Our philosophy is a simple invitation, an answer to the "right to eat" not only with the mouth but also with intelligence and with the heart.
A simple cuisine involves a set of skills, knowledge and traditions that go from the landscape to the dining table, including crops, harvesting, fishing, conservation, processing, cooking, and particularly the sharing and consumption of food.
The main goal of the Academy is to promote the
authentic terroir products among those
who lost, because of the day-to-day life, the capacity to slow down and enjoy
the pleasure of good eating and drinking.
